Natalia Albrekht Appointed Chief People Officer at En+ Group

23 September 2019 – EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the “Company”“the Group” or “En+ Group”) (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL), the world’s largest producer of low carbon aluminium, announces the appointment of Natalya Albrekht as Chief People Officer.

Natalya Albrekht will oversee a whole range of issues related to personnel policy within the Group (including RUSAL). This will include creating a system for evaluating employee potential, promoting and rotating personnel, managing business processes, measuring performance, and enhancing the Group’s corporate culture.

En+ Group is currently reviewing its HR strategy. Natalia Albrekht will lead this project. Given her experience working in technology companies, an important element of the new strategy will be the development of digital technologies to support personnel management. For example, big data will be used to support employment analytics and predictive research will be used in employee development.

Natalia Albrekht graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, majoring in Applied Mechanics.
