We consider fighting corruption as one of the core principles of our responsible business practice. The Group highly values its reputation and does not tolerate graft or bribery in any form, therefore the Group ensures strict compliance with its internal regulations, regulatory requirements of the countries where the Group has operations, including the Federal Law “On Countering Corruption” of the Russian Federation, the Bribery Act of the United Kingdom, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the USA.

The Corporate Code of Ethics and the Ethical Standards approved by the Board of Directors serve as the basic regulations on the corporate ethics of En+ Group. The Corporate Code of Ethics stipulates the values, principles and rules of ethical behaviour of En+ Group, i.e. of all its employees and Board members, who shall assume the responsibility of respecting them, complying with them and integrating them in their daily practices.
The Group maintains the SignAL hotline, where any employee or stakeholders may confidentially (and anonymously, if needed) report any violation and be advised on due compliance with the Corporate Code of Ethics.
