3 February 2020 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company" or together with its consolidated subsidiaries the "Group") announces the following.
Further to the announcements issued by the Company on 28 January 2019 and 1 February 2019, the Group announces completion of the second stage of the securities exchange agreement with certain subsidiaries of Glencore plc. As a result, the Company's shareholding in United Company RUSAL Plc has increased to c. 56.88%.
