The plant was founded in 2002 in Divnogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, and the first wheel rims were cast here in early 2004. SKAD operates an end-to-end production cycle, starting with the design and preparation of aluminium alloy and ending with the painting, packaging and shipment of finished products. State-of-the-art software allows the wheel rims to be tested and trialled during the design process. This helps identify any potential problems before production begins. SKAD is the only company in Russia that produces bake-hardened aluminium alloy wheel rims.
SKAD has been acknowledged as a preferred supplier both by major international automotive companies and by Russian automakers.
