Anastasia Gorbatova has experience in leading law firms and has acted as an advisor to major Russian and international companies on multi-billion dollar M&A, EPC and corporate finance and capital markets transactions.

From 2019 to 2021, Anastasia Gorbatova was a member of the Board of Directors of EN+ GROUP IPJSC as a non-executive director, and is currently engaged in private legal practice.

She graduated with full honors from the Faculty of International Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
